Terms of Service

By creating a workspace or using a Vestryx service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account and company information.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, controlling access to your workspace, and keeping administrator and billing details current. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace administrators are responsible for the users they invite and for assigning appropriate permissions.

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use it to violate another person's rights.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, our users, or third parties.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Vestryx the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and transmit that data to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to process personal data and other information entered into your workspace.

Paid plans, taxes, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing or service changes.

We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but availability is not guaranteed. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Vestryx software can assist with business and accounting workflows, but it is not legal, tax, or professional accounting advice. You remain responsible for reviewing records and meeting applicable obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, Vestryx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data.
